Colors are bright pastel green and warm rosy pink on a bright white ground.
Cover has a lip.
Makers mark is: "S&T RS Germany" a gold metallic.
Arnold Schlegelmilch (son of Reinhold Schlegelmilch was a porcelain manufacturer in Suhl, German) started a factory in Tillowitz, Germany, currently Tułowice, Poland. The "RS Germany" mark was used beginning in 1910.
This piece was most likely produced between 1910 and 1946.
