Most likely a hand-painted blank. Very pretty depiction of what I am fantasizing are Moss Roses with foliage in greens, blue with black accents. The plate face is completely glazed, with the rim in a light green and the center a light yellow green.
Marks on reverse: "M&Z" , two-headed eagle mark and "AUSTRIA" This mark was used between 1884 and 1909. Also, handsigned "NorLander."
Dimensions: 7.75 inch diameter
Condition: Excellent condition, no flaws found except for a few rough spots on the reverse, under the glaze.
